FAQs

I’ve seen a chiropractor before—why should I come to you?

Dr. Sam: Most chiropractors don’t offer a fully integrated plan like we do. Along with traditional chiropractic care, we incorporate high-quality exercise prescriptoin and nutrition strategies to ensure long-lasting results.

Do I have to get adjusted?

Dr. Sam: No. Many patients prefer other treatment options, and that’s completely fine. Our priority is providing relief in a way that works best for you.

I’m already in physical therapy—why see you?

Dr. Sam: We offer everything a traditional PT clinic does, but with a customized plan and one-on-one attention. With my experience as a personal trainer and Division I strength coach, I bridge the gap between pain and performance like no one else.

Why would I need more exercises if I already got them from my physical therapist?

Dr. Sam: We don’t use generic exercises. We utilize motion capture analysis, force plate technology, and movement evaluations to tailor your program. Our 500+ exercise library ensures precise corrections for long-term results.

Why is exercise such a big focus?

Dr. Sam: Proper strength training and mobility not only relieve pain but prevent it from coming back. We help you build the skills to stay active and pain-free for the long run.

What types of patients do you work with?

  • Adults recovering from training, group fitness, or recreational injuries.
  • Adults avoiding activities they love due to injury concerns.
  • Athletes (middle school, high school, college) managing overuse injuries.
  • High performers who prioritize a root-cause approach over quick fixes.

I’m interested but still unsure—what should I do?

Dr. Sam: Book a discovery appointment.  This will allow you to have the greatest amount of insight as to how we approach a treatment program and answer any questions you may have.

How likely is it that you can help me?

Dr. Sam: If pain is limiting you, we can help. If not, we’ll connect you with someone who can.

How quickly can I be seen?

Appointments are typically available within 72 hours. If urgent, call or email us—we’ll do our best to accommodate you sooner.

How long will I wait in your office?

We respect your time. Our appointments run on schedule, so you start and finish on time.

Will you tell me to stop working out?

Dr. Sam: No. We believe in modifications, not elimination. We’ll guide you on how to train safely while recovering.

Are your services expensive?

Dr. Sam: The most expensive care is the one that doesn’t work. Our discovery appointments help determine the best plan for your goals.

My doctor told me not to see a chiropractor—why?

Dr. Sam: Many doctors default to rest and medication, and some aren’t familiar with alternative care. Our approach is far from traditional chiropractic and focuses on long-term solutions.

I just got injured—should I wait before coming in?

Dr. Sam: No. We specialize in treating injuries at all stages, including acute injuries. Early intervention helps speed up recovery and ensures a safe, effective progression.
